Heritage Wake Forest
Heritage is a large master-planned neighborhood built around the Heritage Golf Club, an 18-hole course with a driving range and an 8,000 sq. ft. putting green. Many homes look out over the fairways or the neighborhood’s ponds and green space, and the location keeps you close to both downtown Raleigh and downtown Wake Forest.

Holding Village
Holding Village sits just south of downtown Wake Forest and is built around walkability — tree-lined streets, a lake, and greenway trails that connect to Smith Creek Soccer Center. It’s one of the newer communities in town, popular with buyers who want new construction within walking distance of downtown.

Traditions at Wake Forest
Traditions is a large master-planned community with five distinct home sections — from patio homes and townhomes to custom and estate homes — plus Del Webb at Traditions, an age-restricted 55+ neighborhood with its own 18,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. It sits next to the Wake Forest Reservoir, so hiking, kayaking and fishing are just outside the community.

Downtown Wake Forest
Downtown Wake Forest’s historic district runs along South White Street and has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 2002. Homes here date mostly from the 1890s to the 1940s, and living downtown means walking to White Street’s shops, restaurants and breweries instead of driving to them.
